After the item is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will receive store credit and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee of the inventory charges which will be deducted from amount paid in addition to any shipping charges incurred, and the remainder will be applied to store credit. Once delivered and accepted, items are not returnable.
Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace or repair. Claims made after the item(s) have been delivered and received will not be accepted. The actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for damaged items must be filed within 2 calendar days of delivery. Claims received after 2 calendar days of delivery will not and cannot be processed. Please remember to inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery.
